The pilot program FÖRMIG is implented by the program elements of the Federal States (Länder). The executive body maintains a central office for the period of the program. It cooperates with a scientific advisory board, the project coordination and the steering committee, and it supports the basic units. The executive body supervises the development of the program and specifically ensures the following: Evaluation

The executive body supplies the participants with documents that have been adapted for the use in practice. These explain the purpose of the program in general as well as the main topics and the aims regarding the different schemes of support. Networking, transfer, public relations
The executive body maintains a central server as an important means of networking and exchange. The development of the program is moreover presented to the public in workshops, conferences and numerous publications. Consultation and in-service-training
The executive body organizes conferences for representatives of the basic units and the developmental partnerships twice a year. These conferences deal with topics of general interest for the FÖRMIG participants. The executive body furthermore supports regional conferences or workshops according to specific needs of the participating basic units. Networking and cooperation
The executive body surveys, at a national and international level, examples of good-practice. Wherever possible, international partners are involved. Experiences from other European educational systems are incorporated. Networking between the participating Federal States (Länder) is supported as well.
